How can you get involved?
Supported Living is typically defined as housing where support and/or care services are provided to help people to live as independently as possible. Often that requires a specifically adapted property which feels like home but also allows professional care staff to support where needed.
As can be seen from our projects page, as Landlords and Developers we find creating these kind of spaces both rewarding and fulfilling. However there is far too much demand for us to be able to meet the supply levels the Care Companies need from the Private Rental Sector.
So a result we have decided to share our knowledge, experience and black book to help other property people create much needed safe spaces for those who really need support to live, grow and thrive. Whether that is re utilising existing rental property or purchasing and developing new dwellings for long term rental on a lease basis.
Existing Landlords
As recent legislation changes bite, leasing your residential buildings on a long term basis, often with all maintenance covered, may seem more attractive than traditional Buy to Let.
There are a number of moving parts to be addressed and stakeholder requirements to be met with renting into this sector but our experience and contacts can help make that process smoother.
At NPG we qualify the needs of the tenant and look to match a property to those needs so not every property is suitable however more often than not something can be developed to fit.
Portfolio Build
Whilst we are not specifically a portfolio build company, by having planning, design and delivery in house along with the end user in mind we are perhaps uniquely placed to support.
For those wanting to diversify their investment portfolio amongst other plans and with alternative sound financial advice in place we can help facilitate a win win for all parties by joining the dots.
