All Project Managed in house by NPG and delivered by our team of Construction Professionals. Planners to Plumbers, Estimators to Electricians, all working on your behalf to an agreed goal and budget.
Working on both our own developments but also for selected clients. Skills honed on our own time and money but available for you to benefit from too.
We follow a simple three stage process on each and every one of our projects.

Time to finalise the detail and firm up that budget. Specifications and Finishes are prepared and agreed. A build programme created and a cost plan refined so everyone - client, project management and trade are all on the same page. Contracts happen here either main or sub contract to protect everyone involved.
We start with the end in mind. What are you wanting to build? How will it be used? Who will thrive here? What is the budget? This feeds into design, both 2D and 3D, as well as interiors and layouts for your approval before submission for either Planning or Permitted Development. We can handle that with out partners too.
Now we have a plan, a programme and a price we are ready for delivery. If Stages 1 & 2 have been done properly this should be simpler. However there is a plan to handle any possible bumps in the road. Quality, H&S and Compliance are all addressed to achieve the original end goal, ready for the best bit. Enjoying!
