From concept through to developed design, we handle the full architecture and planning process in-house, or with our trusted design partners. We bring your vision to life through 2D and 3D design, interior concepts leading to detailed planning submissions — consultative from start to finish, and always working toward the end goal you agreed from day one.

Because when the design is right, everything that follows is simpler.

Definition isn't the most exciting part — but it's the most important part. It's where projects can run out of control, long before anyone sets foot on site.

At NPG, we invest serious time at the Define stage. We create a detailed specification so everyone knows exactly what's being built. We work hard on supply chain pricing to make sure costs are consistent, realistic and agreed upfront. And we set a clear target programme so every party — client, contractor and trade — knows exactly what they're working towards and working against.

No assumptions. No grey areas. No nasty surprises halfway through. And if anything changes or something unforeseen arises, it's identified, qualified and agreed before we proceed.

When a project is defined properly, the delivery becomes a whole lot simpler.

Define

Delivery is where most projects go west. Costs creep, timescales slip, communication breaks down and no one quite knows who's responsible for what. We've seen it. We've experienced it. We've had to pay for it. And we built NPG specifically to make sure it doesn't happen on our watch.

Because we've written the project clearly, worked closely with our client to understand the end goal, and priced and programmed every element in detail — our subcontract teams arrive on site knowing exactly what they're working to. No confusion, no conflicting information, no excuses.

Often we partner with a Build team who delivers the project on site as Principal Contractor. NPG have designed and defined. we will deliver together. We can represent our clients best interests whilst they have input throughout and the build team focus on what they do best. Sometimes things change — and when they do, changes are agreed, defined, costed and delivered. Every time, without exception. All three parties in agreement.

We follow the programme. We follow the process. And don't stop until we've finished what we started.
