By the nature of our business we buy a lot of property, either for ourselves or for our clients which can then be developed for a specific need or requirement.
Below we have outlined what we are currently looking for and also where.
2 Bed Flats or Houses
These work very well as single occupancy Supported Living dwellings where a tenant will need some form of 1 to 1 assistance.
Bungalows
Preferably detached with a driveway these are converted into dwellings for tenants with mobility issues usually for very long term support.
Commercial Buildings
We convert commercial buildings in residential areas into blocks of 1 bed flats for independent supported living with 24/7 staff support on site.
Current Search Areas
These are driven by the requirements of our Care Partners in those regions.
As we grow and work with new partners we will gain new additional focus areas.
